At Essentia Protein Solutions in Stidsvig, we refine raw materials from the meat industry into valuable products for the food industry. By utilizing resources that would otherwise go to waste, we contribute to a more circular and sustainable food production.

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible Process Operator who wants to help develop our production together with us.

About the role

As a Process Operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and optimizing our production processes in a safe, quality-focused, and cost-effective manner. You work closely with your colleagues in production and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust process equipment according to recipes and instructions
• Ensure that production meets requirements for quality, food safety, and working environment
• Document process parameters, deviations, and actions taken
• Conduct sampling and simple analyses
• Participate in process startups, changeovers, and shutdowns
• Perform operator maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Report technical deviations and contribute to continuous improvements
• Actively participate in improvement work regarding safety, OEE, energy, and quality

Who are you?

We believe you have:

• A high school education, preferably with a technical or industrial focus
• Experience from the process industry, preferably within food production
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance and food safety
• Good ability to follow procedures and document your work
• A strong safety mindset and a quality-conscious approach to work
• A forklift license is desirable
